We developed a complete HR management platform for Employa KS, a modern solution designed to simplify and digitalize employee management for companies in Kosovo and beyond. Our goal was to create a smart, user-friendly, and scalable system that allows businesses to manage their workforce efficiently through a single dashboard.

The project focused on building a secure, cloud-based platform where each company can manage employees, attendance, payroll, and performance tracking. Our mission was to transform traditional HR processes into a digital experience that saves time, reduces errors, and enhances overall productivity.

Beyond software development, we delivered a complete digital infrastructure including database architecture, user roles (admin & employees), and an intuitive dashboard for real-time insights and control.

• Platform Architecture: Multi-company system allowing each business to manage their own employees securely with unique access paths.
• Employee Management: Add, edit, or track employees easily with personal profiles, attendance data, and performance reports.
• Payroll Automation: Salary calculations based on worked hours, bonuses, and deductions exportable to PDF or Excel.
